Varshith has over 8 years of Experience in Architecture, Interiors and construction across diverse scales and typologies. He spearheads the business development and design direction of Aaikya. Dedicated to investigating and developing new design paradigms and research-driven innovation. Combining his design practice and field experience Varshith performs multiple roles at Aaikya architects. Facilitating design expertise,communication between client, team members and consultants to ensuring design management and delivery. He is responsible for the connect of Aaikya to empower the studio’s vision of projective practice.

Ranjani has over 8 years of experience in Architecture, Interiors and landscape. She sets strategic objectives and oversees the development of the Aaikya team. Under Ranjani’s direction, Aaikya’s extensive portfolio of work has been governed by a commitment to creating spaces of extraordinary sensory experience rooted in culture, memory and place. Bringing invaluable perspective and design expertise into the studio. Nurturing a positive synergy between clients and colleagues.
